Your Mission
Build the best products that align with our vision to simplify dispatching, scheduling and provider tracking into a highly connected mobility‑assistance platform. Work closely with customer experience, network and operations teams to understand customer requests for mobility‑assistance and match that against our custom networks to deliver world‑class experience and service.
Your LegacyLed our Network team collaborating across all of Urgently and 3rd‑party software integration partners. Scoped, designed and launched new features for our dispatch portal and driver applications used by providers. Master communicator and collaborator.
- Worked closely with technical lead to groom product backlog, triaged support issues and defined clear requirements for engineering team.
- Measured results and iterated on features driving metrics that matter.
- Enhanced customer‑facing UI applications and portals to improve usability and overall user experience.
- Integrated with 3rd‑party B2B API software providers to enhance provider and customer experience.
- Partnered with network operations team to constantly check provider requests and pain points, increasing network provider happiness and engagement.
- Directed network provider experience cross‑platform with design team.
- Communicate and work directly with providers and drivers to gather feedback.
- Go on ride‑alongsto understand behavior.
- Work with 3rd‑party suppliers to integrate and provide services.
- Work closely with data science and BI teams to establish analytics and deliver insights.
- Measure every experiment to validate its impact and value.
- Over‑communicate with all key stakeholders on performance of the network.
- Provide vision for long‑term strategy.
- Prioritize and define products with the team.
- Align team focus with overall enterprise‑level goals.
- Define, design and develop innovative solutions with various teams.
- Hands‑on user‑experience work: wireframes, flows to convey vision.
- Sort out most important work and move fast.
- Make significant changes in policy and efficiency through technology.
- Define and communicate product goals.
- Surface problems and dig in to root cause.
- Run experiments with internal experts and incorporate into solution.
- Measure progress every step of the way.
- Abachelor's degree in computer science or relevant equivalent with hands‑on software engineering experience.
- Minimum of 5 years relevant Product Management experience in an agile software product development environment.
- Ability to develop initiatives, features and user stories that the Development teams can ingest.
- Complete mastery of business‑side skills: communication, customer research, product vision, feature definition and technical architecture.
- Experience working with 3rd‑party APIs.
- Understanding of experimental design (A/B testing) and statistical hypothesis testing.
- Technical depth from abstraction down to hardware.
- Proven technical leadership with experience in the technology or automotive industry.
- Preference for experience in an automotive tier‑1 or tier‑2 supplier of electronic components.
- Customer focused with deep empathy for providers and drivers.
- Deeply curious; sense of urgency and innovative value creation.
- Data fluent; define metrics, analyze product data, drive decisions, maintain dashboards.
- Own the roadmap; align on prioritization, factor in tech debt and long‑term investment.
- Think about go‑to‑market strategies; collaborate with stakeholders, dev, PM, sales, marketing.
- Move quickly; run pilot and beta programs at early stage.
- Accountable for product quality and performance; handle defect communication.
- Obsess over product success; identify execution, operational and organizational issues.
- Location – Remote; work from anywhere in the U.S.
