• Conduct comprehensive due diligence reviews related to research, technology, and economic security
• Perform open-source intelligence assessments on corporate ownership and influence
• Analyze supply chain risks and identify potential malign foreign influence
• Communicate identified risks effectively to stakeholders and prepare detailed reports
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders for effective collaboration

• Possess a TS/SCI or Q security clearance or ability to obtain one
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in RTES-related risk analysis and due diligence
• Bachelor's degree or demonstrated expertise in relevant fields
• Proficient in Excel, Power BI, Python, and other advanced data analysis tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for risk reporting and stakeholder engagement

• Familiarity with regulations related to the Department of Energy and RTES, including NSPM-33 and the CHIPS and Science Act
• Experience in a fast‑paced environment with a proactive approach to problem‑solving
• Strong analytical skills and experience using data analytics platforms to drive business decisions
