A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Software Engineer

Position type: Full Time – Contract
Duration: 13 Months
Location: Irving, Texas 75039 (3 days onsite/2 work from home)

As a Software Engineer, you will:

• Develop full stack features using Java (backend) and React (frontend) for a brand new IAM request portal.
• Build, enhance, and maintain APIs, system-to-system integrations, and scalable backend services.
• Design and implement database schemas, tables, and queries (relational DBs; some exposure to Mongo/opensource DBs is a plus).
• Write clean, high quality, testable code and perform code reviews for peers.
• Participate in design sessions for new components and features.
• Contribute to solutions involving authentication/authorization, entitlements, AD flows, RBAC/ABAC concepts.
• Work with containers/Kubernetes to package and deploy services.
• Stay aligned with modern React and Java patterns, using latest frameworks and libraries.

• Java (strong coding, design, code reviews).
• React (latest concepts; familiarity with micro frontends, React Query, etc.).
• Relational databases (schema/table design; app-level DB work—not DBA).
• Git Hub/Copilot (team uses it quite aggressively).
• System-to-system integrations, scalability, performance considerations, containerization.
• Deployment could be on-prem or cloud (Azure and GCP; GCP more for analytics).
• Containers/Kubernetes experience; packaging and deploying services.
• Databases:
  
  Experience with open-source DBs (e.g., Mongo
  
  DB) is a plus, though relational DBs are primary today.

• Experience in Java.
• Experience in React.
• Experience in Relational databases.
• Experience in Git Hub/Copilot.
• Experience in on-prem or cloud (Azure or GCP).
• Experience in Containers/Kubernetes.

• IAM domain.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range: $53.00 - $58.00 per hour

* Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
