• Define and drive product strategy and vision for digital assessment platforms to improve outcomes for students and educators
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop prototypes and conduct user testing to refine product features
• Lead iterative product development through continuous learning and alignment across teams
• Communicate value and progress to leadership, providing updates on measurable impact and strategic goals
• Engage with external users and partners to gather feedback and build alignment on product priorities

• 10+ years of product management or related experience, particularly within SaaS enterprise platforms
• Deep understanding of secure, large-scale, and complex systems, with experience in assessments or educational technology
• Proven ability to define product vision and strategy and deliver complex products
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for clear stakeholder engagement
• Strong collaboration and leadership skills to influence diverse teams and stakeholders

• Familiarity with AI-enabled tools, automation, or UX-focused applications of AI
• Experience leading greenfield or high-complexity initiatives from discovery to launch
