• Analyze customer business goals, objectives, and needs to ensure effective adoption of the Trimble Construction One product suite
• Develop software designs that align with customers' business requirements and objectives
• Provide consulting services, including business process reviews, setup, testing, and custom reporting needs
• Deliver training services for software applications to enhance customer understanding and usage
• Act as a liaison between the employer and customers, fostering strong relationships for ongoing support

• Hands‑on experience with Trimble's Vista ERP construction software
• Bachelor’s degree in business/accounting, training, or technology, and 2+ years of software consulting experience
• Industry knowledge of software consulting, construction project management, and/or accounting software
• High level of customer support experience with excellent project management and active listening skills
• Ability to travel to customer locations in North America for 3-5 day durations

• Experience in change management and technological implementation
• Strong initiative and customer-service orientation
• Proven ability to adapt to changes and manage competing demands
• Effective client-management and relationship-building skills
