• Collaborate with architects, project managers, product owners, developers, and Salesforce administrators to deliver Salesforce customizations and integrations
• Conduct technical analyses, design, configure, develop, test, and support Salesforce solutions leveraging Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud
• Design and document the data model, user interface, business logic, and security for Salesforce customizations
• Advocate for process and practice improvements within the Salesforce team
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems via web services and APIs

• Minimum of 5 years of Salesforce development experience, including Salesforce Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud
• Salesforce Certification(s)
• Proficiency in developing and maintaining Salesforce Lightning Web Components, Aura components, and Flows
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship
• Familiarity with integrating Salesforce with third-party systems

• Experience in the insurance industry, agency, or brokerage
• Knowledge and experience with Pardot
• Familiarity with Flosum or similar tools
