About

the Role

You will be a critical player in GAP Velocity AI's growth strategy, focusing on consultative selling of AI-driven migration solutions and GAP Engineering services to enterprise decision-makers. You will engage senior stakeholders, navigate complex organizations, and act as a trusted advisor to land and expand within accounts. This role requires hunting for new opportunities, persuasion and collaboration to drive results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute a consultative sales approach, articulating the strategic value of GAP Velocity AI AI-driven migration solutions
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets to drive rapid growth
  • Identify and develop new opportunities by engaging senior decision-makers for budget alignment
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Solution Architects, Delivery Manager, Engineering, Marketing) to provide seamless client experiences and expand account revenue
  • Champion and sell GAP's broader portfolio of services to existing and new clients, maximizing revenue through upselling and cross-selling
Qualifications
  • 10+ years in enterprise technology sales, selling to CIOs or technology leaders involved in platform and architecture decisions
  • Hunter mentality with experience building pipeline from scratch and winning net-new logos
  • Comfort with complex, 6–8 month sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
  • Technical aptitude to learn AI concepts and explain them in business terms
  • Intellectual flexibility and ability to adapt approach per buyer
  • Proven track record of hitting quotas selling complex technology solutions
  • Direct experience with legacy application modernization or migration platforms/tools is a bonus
  • Ability to travel up to ~25% of the time (Northeast US); legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
