The Lead, Cyber Data Protection Management drives enterprise capabilities like data discovery and sensitivity labeling while building or enhancing data solutions to ensure proper level of access and data classifications. Advises executives to develop functional strategies on matters of significance. Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and Nails compared taking.

This position will help deliver on DLP modernization objectives aimed at reducing cost, reducing complexity, and improving posture. Experience with data security posture management (DSPM) and data loss prevention (DLP) controls and policies across all major data egress channels (endpoint, network, web, email, CASB). Deploying DLP controls, data scanning, and classification capabilities in complex enterprise environments. Familiar with data governance and encryption key governance frameworks and platforms.

Experience with single and multi‑tenant cloud environments and multi‑cloud service provider environments. Knowledge of data handling within highly‑regulated environments (healthcare and finance sector preferred).

Provides advice and assistance in identifying data risk and risk mitigation capabilities and strategies to meet operational security targets and compliance. Operational understanding of LAN, WAN, VPN, data transmission protocols and use of PKI, including CAs and digital signatures.

• A Bachelor's degree
• 5 or more years' experience in Cyber Security
• 2 or more years' experience in Cyber Data Protection
• Experience integrating Cyber Security technologies with existing technologies
• Experience implementing Cyber Security technologies with enterprise‑wide impact
• Passion for contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

• Master's Degree in a Technical Field ઞopenidux
• Security Certification CISSP, CISA, or similar

• Must have high‑speed DSL or cable modem for a home office;
  California residents receive reimbursement for=random internet expense.
• Minimum standard speed: 25 Mbps download × 10 Mbps upload.

• A dedicated, interruption‑less space to protect PHI / HIPAA information.

Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.

Pay Range: $129,300 - $177,800 per year. The compensation may vary based on location and individual qualifications. This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan based on company and/or individual performance.
