The Systems Analyst II, Epic Clinical Applications leads the build, rollout, and support of the assigned application(s). Responsible for all aspects of application support to include but not limited to: leads design and analysis, application configuration, testing, system documentation, and training if indicated. Functions as second-level response for the assigned application(s) by communicating with end users of the system to understand issues and implement solutions.
Assist department management in use of assigned applications to assist with maximizing department performance and management decision‑making. Functions as a liaison between IS, customer department and vendor(s).
- Lead the build, rollout, and support of assigned application(s).
- Conduct design and analysis for application support.
- Configure application and perform testing.
- Document systems and train users as indicated.
- Serve as second-level response to end users, diagnosing and implementing solutions.
- Assist department management with maximizing performance and decision‑making.
- Act as liaison between IS, customer department, and vendor(s).
- EPIC Certification in Area of Responsibility Preferred.
- Certified/Licensed/Registered in Field of Practice Preferred.
- Associate's Degree Business Preferred.
- Associate's Degree Healthcare Preferred.
- Associate's Degree Technology Preferred.
- 3 Years Information Technology - Systems Analysis Required.
