Epic Online Scheduling Analyst (Cadence/MyChart) – Remote

Join Cedars‑Sinai as a remote analyst supporting our Epic Online Scheduling system. This role focuses on configuring, testing, and optimizing scheduling workflows across multiple specialties, and providing day‑to‑day support and training.

• Configure and maintain online self‑scheduling pathways for patients across multiple specialties.
• Build, test, troubleshoot, validate, and optimize Decision Trees.
• Provide day‑to‑day troubleshooting, user support, and training for scheduling and access teams.
• Serve as frontline support for operational issues, monitor scheduling performance, and identify optimization opportunities post‑go‑live.
• Translate application and operational requirements into functionality.
• Analyze scheduling workflows to improve efficiency.
• Proactively prioritize work, track issues, and respond to customer concerns; understand basic project‑management methods.
• Participate in re‑engineering operational workflows with end‑users/business owners; maintain fundamental understanding of assigned departmental operations.
• Facilitate end‑user/business‑owner needs into system specifications and configuration requirements.
• Manage migration paths, change‑control process/governance, and ticket‑management processes.
• Maintain high standards for quality application design, build, testing, and documentation for support and end‑user training.

• At least 2 years of Epic configuration, testing, and optimization of online scheduling workflows in Cadence and MyChart.
• Decision Tree experience.
• Experience with Provider Template Optimization, visit‑type consolidation, department and provider build.
• Project‑management experience.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
• High School Diploma or GED required;
  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Healthcare, or related field preferred.
• Epic Cadence Certification required;
  Epic MyChart Certification highly preferred.

Remote states approved: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Minnesota, Nevada, Oregon, Texas.

Base pay: $96,324.80 – $154,128.
