• Define and deliver the vision for user engagement across Upstart's ecosystem, enhancing product experiences on web and mobile
• Champion the user journey by crafting intuitive experiences that build trust and increase customer lifetime value
• Drive large-scale experimentation and utilize metrics to identify effective strategies for user activation, retention, and engagement
• Collaborate across product lines to create a cohesive experience that aligns with company goals
• Balance long-term strategic vision with short-term execution to prioritize measurable impact

• 10+ years of product management experience, particularly in driving consumer engagement for digital products
• Deep understanding of product discovery, A/B testing, and experimentation frameworks
• Exceptional collaboration skills with a proven ability to align diverse stakeholders around shared strategies
• A user-first mindset, capable of translating complex customer insights into high-utility product experiences
• Strong judgment and prioritization skills to navigate trade-offs effectively

• Experience building consumer products in technology companies, especially in regulated industries like financial services or healthcare
• Proven track record of developing and scaling multi-product ecosystems in a B2C environment
• Strong customer‑centric mindset with the ability to convert customer insights into actionable product features
