• Enforce cybersecurity Process Risk and Control frameworks aligned with applicable laws and standards
• Support FedRAMP Moderate and/or High authorization and ongoing compliance, including documentation and evidence collection
• Perform cybersecurity risk assessments and control readiness assessments
• Lead continuous control monitoring activities using GRC and compliance automation platforms
• Function as a trusted advisor for business partners on control design and effectiveness

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• 7+ years of relevant work experience in cybersecurity or related fields
• Working knowledge of FedRAMP requirements and federal cybersecurity frameworks
• Experience in creating and maintaining System Security Plans (SSPs) and related documentation
• Strong verbal and written communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills

• Familiarity with Common Criteria concepts and Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC)
• Cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CRISC, or CIPP
• Experience with GRC tools like One Trust
• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence
• Previous experience supporting SOC 1, SOC 2, and PCI-DSS audits
