Main purpose of the role & responsibilities in the business: As an EDM Consultant, you’ll implement and configure our Employee Document Management application for Workday for our global customer base, typically leading a workstream. You will work closely with team members, as well as independently, confidently managing your own workload. You’ll understand customer requirements and design and deliver solutions that are aligned to their needs, supporting more junior members of the team and sharing your knowledge with them.
Minimum(essential) Requirements
- Very good understanding of Workday products (HCM, Financials, Payroll) as well as any specialist capability.
- Business proficiency in German (both written and spoken) is required.
- Very good customer focus, with experience in a customer‑facing, consulting environment. Able to understand customer needs and build relationships, and aware of when to escalates issues.
- Clear and effective communicator, able to communicate with customers and colleagues with credibility and empathy, including in a remote working situation.
- Good commercial awareness and sound understanding of project and business dynamics.
- Consulting skills: presenting, participating in workshops, explaining functionality or solutions to customers.
- Able to apply all relevant standards and procedures to your own work, maintaining high quality, accuracy and attention to detail.
- Aware of the importance of confidentiality and non‑disclosure policies and/or agreements, ensuring the security of information at all times.
- Workday HCM, Financials, Payroll or PM Certification.
