What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, execute, and automate comprehensive test plans for IBM Sterling OMS
- Validate integration flows with ERP, eCommerce, and marketplace systems
- Perform various types of testing, including functional, regression, and performance testing
- Collaborate with functional leads, architects, and offshore QA teams
- Participate in deployment validations and post-release smoke testing
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 12 years in IT or Supply Chain domain, with at least 7 years in IBM Sterling OMS (on-premises)
- Strong knowledge of order lifecycle management and distributed order management (DOM)
- Experience in designing and executing test scenarios for OMS configurations
- Proficient in programming and customization skills, including Java and Java Script
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in test automation for IBM Sterling OMS using Selenium or similar frameworks
- Familiarity with omnichannel retail testing scenarios, including peak load and failover validation
