You will construct the technical infrastructure that supports admissions and enrollment operations at every location and equip teams with tools they can use with confidence.

• Develop and sustain API connections linking enrollment, CRM, SIS, and reporting systems across multiple campus locations
• Create automated workflows that reduce manual data handling and scale effectively with each new campus deployment
• Conduct training for admissions and registrar personnel on platform capabilities and produce documentation to support standardized processes
• Deliver timely technical assistance and convert user input into practical system enhancements

• 3+ years managing CRM or SIS platforms in admissions, enrollment, or registrar environments (e.g., Finalsite, Salesforce, School Admin, Hub Spot, or similar)
• Proven experience building and maintaining API‑based integrations or automation workflows
• Strong data analysis and reconciliation skills
• Experience creating technical documentation and training staff on system usage
• Process optimization and troubleshooting skills under pressure in operational environments
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Willingness to work remotely within the United States

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
