Neudesic is currently seeking a User Experience Lead to help create efficient, effective and desirable experiences by utilizing visual and interaction design skills. The User Experience Lead is responsible for shaping strategic client engagements, driving delivery excellence, and mentoring across teams and disciplines. This role operates at the intersection of business strategy and technical execution, translating complex client challenges into scalable, high-impact solutions.
UX Leads are trusted advisors who influence client direction, lead multi-disciplinary teams, and contribute to organizational growth through thought leadership and innovation.
- Lead UX strategy for complex, multi-stream engagements, aligning user needs with business outcomes
- Serve as a trusted UX advisor to client executives and product leaders, shaping experience vision and roadmaps
- Guide end-to-end UX delivery, setting standards for research, design, and validation across teams
- Translate ambiguous problems into clear experience strategies, frameworks, and design direction
- Partner closely with consulting teams and delivery leaders to ensure cohesive outcomes
- Mentor and coach designers across levels, developing future UX leaders
- Contribute to UX practice growth through reusable frameworks, standards, and thought leadership
- 10+ years of experience in UX, product design, service design, or experience strategy
- Proven experience leading large-scale, complex UX engagements
- Strong background in UX strategy, research, interaction design, and design systems
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders and facilitating strategic discussions
- Demonstrated success mentoring designers and scaling design practices
- Ability to balance strategic vision with hands‑on leadership when needed
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and facilitation skills
