• Work as a Technical Consultant for the customer and cross‑functional teams to encourage account growth.
• Achieve the customer’s long‑term vision for a high quality and secure online experience.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor by maximizing Akamai’s platform value for the customer.
• Support customer enablement with training and presentations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline service delivery and ensure team success and efficiency.

• Experience working as a technical consultant.
• Detailed knowledge of internet technologies and the online industry, including HTTPS, DNS, Dev Ops, web development and information security technologies.
• Hands‑on experience with cloud technologies.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical content to a range of audiences.
