Responsibilities
  • Spend as much time with Klaviyo partners as with Orita clients, deepening relationships.
  • Translate brand, agency, and Klaviyo needs to the Orita team to inform product development.
  • Educate Klaviyo on the Orita product suite and collaborative value.
  • Build playbooks for future platform partnerships as Orita scales across channels (SMS, Direct Mail, etc.).
  • Maintain a pipeline and secure warm introductions to brands once value is proven.
  • Work with Agency Partner, CS, Product, and other teams to enhance enablement materials.
  • Enable Klaviyo CSMs and PSMs to become super‑users of Orita, driving customer ROI.
  • Act as a product expert, providing feedback that shapes the product roadmap.
  • Participate in ongoing iterations, collateral updates, and experiments to better serve Klaviyo, agencies, and customers.
  • Iterate relentlessly on all initiatives.
Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of partner management experience, preferably with eCommerce, retention agencies, or similar.
  • Operational experience—owned initiatives and built efficient processes.
  • Direct experience managing a book of business, meeting or exceeding quota.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a high volume of partners.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and finding new paths to success.
  • Analytical mindset; able to manipulate and analyze data to uncover performance insights.
  • Collaborative cross‑functional experience with business partners.
  • Experience in a sales role.
  • Fast learner.
  • Residing in New York City or willing to travel frequently to Boston or nearby locations; remote work is possible.
Bonus Points
  • Paid media experience.
  • Experience operating at a startup level, pivoting quickly to seize opportunities.
  • Managing a CRM program with exposure to other email or SMS tools.
Where You’ll Work

Candidates must live in the U.S. or Canada. The role is mainly remote, but ideal candidates are based in Boston, or within a short car/train ride, and will be on site at least a few times per year.

Interview Process
  • Questionnaire via email.
  • Screening interview with Co‑CEO.
  • Interview with two teammates in a single meeting.
  • Final round with Co‑CEO and a special guest.
