About the Opportunity

⚠️ If you’re looking for a regular Learning Design job, stop reading here. This isn’t another LXD role – it’s a chance to redefine what learning feels like: design science‑backed, design‑led, AI‑powered experiences inside the Paradox OS for Human Greatness Augmented with AI.

At Paradox, we’re building a new category: an ecosystem that fuses neuroscience, design, AI, and behavioral transformation so people don’t just consume knowledge, they rewire who they are.

We’ll be crafting experiences, not lessons; deeply human yet tech‑driven, cinematic and transformative.

YOUR MISSION

As a Learning Experience Designer, you’ll bridge psychology, storytelling, and product design to create experiences that change users:

  • Protocols – guided frameworks that rewire perception, emotion, and action.
  • Loops – adaptive, AI‑powered coaching cycles that evolve with each user.
  • Personalization – experiences that feel uniquely theirs, every time.
  • AI Agents – specialized agents that enhance the student journey with actionable insights.
4 MAIN MISSIONS
  • Learning Experience Architecture – Own the full learning system, from architecture to execution.
  • Design the journey, not just the content and lesson.
  • Script learning experiences that engage both heart and brain.
  • Ensure every feature supports the evolution of the Paradox ecosystem.
  • Craft a premium, high‑impact course experience.
  • Co‑create courses with experts, translating their genius into cinematic, science‑based journeys.
  • Lead end‑to‑end design of the course, from strategy to final delivery.
  • Own scripting, copywriting, and educational assets.
  • Conduct desk and user research to inform goals, personas, and structure.
  • Craft AI conversations and loops, refine tone and flow, and review conversations with AI.
  • Analyze, measure, iterate for transformation and stickiness – define KPIs of transformation.
  • Be obsessed with user problems – talk to users weekly, identify where transformation breaks.
  • Apply principles from habit formation, self‑determination theory, and behavioral triggers to drive daily practice and retention.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE Experience
  • 3–6 years in Learning Design, Instructional Design, or Experience Design (EdTech, Coaching, or Transformational Education preferred).
  • Shipped at least one major feature or product end‑to‑end, with measurable results.
  • Comfortable with AI tools and Figma.
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering digital learning experiences across video, written articles, assessments, interactive experiences, etc.
  • Portfolio of one or more cinematic / narrative‑rich courses or learning programs.
Traits
  • Craft‑obsessed: a doer mentality, bias for outcomes, willingness to work beyond 9‑5.
  • Strong writing skills: editorial thinker with experience producing high‑quality content.
  • Strong aesthetic sensibility: cares how the course “feels.”
  • User and Impact Obsessed: thinks in outcomes, not outputs.
  • Critical thinker: turns vague problems into clear hypotheses, challenges assumptions, rebuilds models with data.
  • Digital and AI savvy: can build AI agents or has the ability to learn.
Language

French: native. English: fluent, able to hold conversations and write in English.

IT MIGHT NOT BE FOR YOU
  • If you need clarity before chaos or prefer balance over intensity, this may not fit.
  • If you want a program on a subject without deep research of the topic, not suitable.
  • If you’re not comfortable rewriting lines several times or critiquing AI outputs, this may not fit.
WHY JOIN US
  • Work with filmmakers, psychologists, engineers, and creatives obsessed with impact.
  • Build a product that fuses neuroscience, design, and AI to reinvent growth.
  • Opportunity to create a product that could redefine human potential.
  • Join a culture of autonomy, accountability, flexible hours, remote work, and supportive office environments.
  • Competitive salary plus perks: 1:1 coaching, gym/education stipend, working Mac, etc.
How to Apply

⚠️ To complete the recruitment process, each candidate must organize calls with their previous managers. If you are not comfortable with this, do not apply.

Hiring Process
  • Application survey (6–8 minutes) + short video assignment.
  • 30‑minute video call to discuss career path and ambitions.
  • 1‑hour video call to discuss fit with Paradox’s Product team.
  • 1‑hour culture‑fit video call.
  • Final video call to discuss product vision and next milestones.
  • Reference check.
  • Welcome aboard!
