The Operating System (OS) for Human Greatness augmented with AI.

We believe greatness is trainable and aim to empower people at scale by merging Human Intelligence, Structured Intelligence, and Technological Intelligence into Paradox OS.

Full‑time position from our offices in Dubai, Paris, or Lisbon, or remote anywhere in the world.

As a Product Manager, you will be the architect of a new category, transforming growth into a living ecosystem powered by AI, behavioral science, and design. You’ll craft experiences that rewire behavior and turn vision into execution.

• Product Strategy – Translate the founder’s vision into product strategy, maintain roadmap, ensure features support ecosystem.
• User Understanding & Behavioral Insight – Talk to users weekly, analyze patterns, turn insights into hypotheses, design loops, feedback, rituals.
• Build, Ship, Learn Fast – Apply Lean Startup, design experiments, iterate, and launch MVPs.
• Product Analytics & Impact Measurement – Define success metrics, track activation, retention, transformation rates, connect data to business KPIs.
• AI & Learning Innovation – Prototype AI experiences, oversee budgeting, reporting, and blend emotion with precision.

• 3–6 years as Product Manager/Owner in EdTech, SaaS, or Consumer Tech.
• Bonus: experience in AI‑driven products, learning design, or personal development platforms.
• Shipped at least one major feature or product end‑to‑end with measurable results.
• Comfortable using Figma and prototyping directly.

• Craft‑obsessed, doer mentality, bias for outcomes.
• User & Impact obsessed – think in outcomes, not outputs.
• Analytical & System thinker – turn vague problems into hypotheses and roadmaps.
• Digital & AI savvy – able to build AI agents or learn quickly.
• Cross‑disciplinary curiosity – speak tech and human, move from vision to Figma.

French – native. English – fluent for written communication and conversations with colleagues.

Build a product fusing neuroscience, design, and AI to reinvent human growth. Work with filmmakers, psychologists, engineers, and creatives obsessed with impact. You will play a crucial role in developing an iconic product and making a real difference in the lives of millions.
