Remote Network Copier & Printer I.T. Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Remote Copier Installer to join our team. This role involves preparing and configuring copiers for installation by gathering network settings remotely from client sites and coordinating with customers or their IT staff to complete the setup from our office. Occasional onsite visits may be required for complex installations or follow-ups.

• Contact clients ahead of delivery to collect network and setup information from their existing copier
• Configure copier settings such as scan-to-email, scan-to-folder, and print drivers prior to delivery
• Remotely assist clients and/or their IT contacts with the installation of new copiers
• Coordinate with the delivery and service teams to ensure seamless installation and handoff
• Follow up on unresolved installations or open issues
• Document all work performed, including communication with clients, in our ticketing system
• Occasionally visit client sites for installations or escalated support

• Experience with copier setup, printing/scanning configurations, or IT-related support
• Strong understanding of IP networking, scanning protocols, and email systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple installations and support requests simultaneously
• Familiarity with PSAs/Ticketing systems
