• Serve as the Workday Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Expense module, managing configuration, integrations, and day‑to‑day support
• Lead the design, testing, and deployment of Workday finance expense solutions following best practices
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and drive process improvements
• Manage and execute Workday configurations, including business processes and data flows
• Deliver hands‑on training and enhance internal knowledge of Workday across teams

• Over 6 years of hands‑on experience with Workday Expenses and strong proficiency in Workday HCM
• Deep expertise in Workday Expense Configuration, including Security Administration and EIB
• Proven functional knowledge of the Workday Expense module and core administrative tasks
• Skilled in Workday testing processes, including regression, unit, and UAT testing
• Strong project management skills with experience in deploying Workday features and enhancements

• Experience with Workday Studio, Workday Extend, and developing custom integrations
• Ability to customize Workday Expense functionality and expand expertise into platforms like Oracle Fusion Cloud or SAP
• Hands‑on experience in building and optimizing custom reports and dashboards in SaaS or enterprise systems
• Familiarity with Agile development tools such as Service Now and Jira
• Effective communication skills and strong analytical abilities
