• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting enterprise IT initiatives
• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all organizational levels
• Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of IT technical issues

• Prior project management experience
• Familiarity with RACI models, roadmaps, and portfolio-level reporting
• Experience working with vendors to implement large projects
• Knowledge of the Real Estate, Multi-family Housing, or construction industry
