Role Description

As a Paid Media Manager, specializing in BOTH paid search and paid social marketing
, you will be the primary driver of success for our clients’ paid media portfolios. You will develop, execute, and optimize integrated strategies across search (Google, Microsoft) and social (Linked In, Meta) to generate qualified leads (MQLs/SQLs) and drive measurable ROI. This role requires a blend of technical platform expertise, data-driven storytelling, and strategic thinking to align paid efforts with complex B2B buyer journeys.

This role required marketing, advertising or digital agency experience working on multiple client accounts at one time.

Elevation believes great collaboration in the advertising and marketing agency space happens in person; therefore, this position is on-site only, with two work-from-home days a month.

Key Capabilities and Responsibilities
  • Strategy & Execution: Develop and manage comprehensive B2B paid search and social campaigns aligned with client KPIs (ROAS, CPA, Pipeline Growth).
  • Platform Management: Expertly manage and optimize accounts within Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Linked In Ads, and Meta Ads Manager, ensuring efficient budget allocation and high-performance bidding.
  • Optimization & Testing: Implement advanced bidding strategies (Smart Bidding) and conduct rigorous A/B testing for ad copy, creatives, and landing pages to improve conversion efficiency.
  • Analysis & Reporting: Utilize GA4, Google Tag Manager, and data visualization tools (e.g., Agency Analytics, Tableau) to build client-facing reports that translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Keyword & Audience Research: Perform in-depth research to identify B2B audience segments, competitor gaps, and high-intent keyword opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Creative, Content, and Account Management teams to ensure integrated campaign execution and brand consistency.
  • Innovation: Stay at the forefront of Mar Tech trends, platform updates, and AI-driven advertising tools to maintain a competitive advantage for our clients.
Experience and Skill Sets
  • Experience: 3-5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid search and social campaigns, preferably within a B2B agency environment.
  • Marketing, Digital or Advertising Agency Experience running digital programs for multiple clients.
  • Platform Expertise: Proven mastery of Google Ads and Linked In Ads. Professional certifications are highly valued.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of GA4 and conversion tracking setup.
  • Expertise in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) and PowerPoint for data-heavy presentations.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Workamajig, Basecamp).
  • B2B Knowledge: Deep understanding of B2B lead generation funnels, buyer personas, and the distinction between MQLs and SQLs.
  • Analytics: Ability to work with large datasets and data aggregation tools to facilitate high-level campaign optimization.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital media, business, or a related field.
  • Experience with CRM integration: Salesforce, Hub Spot and/or Account-Based Marketing (ABM) platforms.
  • Experience with advanced data visualization tools: Like Datorama, Power
