• Maintain the lifecycle of software applications from a compliance perspective
• Onboard applications into the employer environment and ensure ongoing inventory maintenance
• Collaborate with external application vendor contacts to ensure compliance
• Provide project management services to compliance and audit teams, tracking current activities and providing regular updates
• Conduct regular health checks of the application inventory and maintain required documentation

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in IT
• Experience in IT operations and insurance servicing at an insurance agency
• Strong communication skills
• Proven project management experience
• Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders

• Experience with regulatory compliance in software applications
• Familiarity with the insurance industry and its operational processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
