Educational QualificationGraduate from any discipline from a university recognized by the Government of India or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Government of India. Passing only a diploma course will not be considered eligible. Proficiency in computers and regional language will be preferred.

The selection process consists of an Online Test followed by a Personal Interview for candidates who qualify in the online test. The online test is objective in nature with the following sections:
English Language, Quantitative Aptitude, General/Economy/Banking Awareness/Computer/IT, Logical Reasoning, Data Analysis & Interpretation.
The applicants will be called for the Online Test based on information provided in the online application form. Successful candidates in the online test will be called for a personal interview.
