Remote Identity and Access Management Lead

In this role, you will play a crucial part in planning and implementing the Identity and Access Management (IAM) program, working closely with senior leadership to ensure compliance, confidentiality, and a seamless user experience. You will lead a team of security professionals and drive initiatives that protect our organization while facilitating access management.
Your expertise will be pivotal in aligning IAM processes across the business, integrating security measures, and enhancing relationships with business partners. This position not only requires strong technical skills but also a commitment to fostering innovation and excellence within the team.
- Provide subject-matter expertise on IAM disciplines including identity governance and administration, Access Management, and identity verification.
- Report on management status, including accomplishments and upcoming plans, to ensure all milestones are met.
- Own the lifecycle management of all IAM technologies and their infrastructure.
- Align IAM processes organization-wide and develop standards for effective use.
- Lead the evaluation and selection of IAM technologies and tools.
- Facilitate understanding of IAM systems among business users.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with business partners.
- Identify opportunities to enhance engagement with business partners.
- Stay updated on current IAM threats and industry solutions.
- Conduct proactive research on security weaknesses and recommend solutions.
