My client is hiring an Executive Support Site Lead to deliver high-touch, white-glove technology support to senior executives while owning day-to-day site IT operations for a high-profile office.
Responsibilities- Provide concierge-level support to C-suite executives (devices, meetings, travel, home offices).
- Serve as the local technology lead ensuring uptime of office systems and infrastructure.
- Manage endpoint lifecycle and deployments using Intune, JAMF, and Autopilot.
- Deliver executive and end-user support across walk-up, Teams, phone, and service desk.
- Support AV rooms, executive events, and hybrid meeting environments.
- Partner with security, network, and infrastructure teams on incidents and deployments.
- Lead local IT projects, rollouts, and technology pilots.
- 5+ years in executive support, endpoint management, or site IT operations.
- Strong Windows, macOS, mobile, and MDM experience (Intune/JAMF).
- Experience with O365, Active Directory, Zoom, and enterprise SaaS tools.
- Polished executive presence and strong communication skills.
- Ideal for candidates who specialize in executive support, endpoint operations, and white-glove IT service delivery.
