Overview
Epic Radiant Analyst — Our client is seeking an experienced Epic Radiant Analyst to support both ongoing operational needs and a major enterprise-wide imaging transformation initiative. This role will play a key part in implementing Sectra PACS across the system, standardizing imaging workflows, and supporting the phased rollout of Epic Cupid over the next 18 months. This is an opportunity to join a rapidly growing healthcare organization that has acquired multiple imaging systems and is now moving toward a unified, enterprise-level solution.
RequiredSkills & Experience
- Epic Radiant Certification with multiple years of hands-on build, support, and optimization experience.
- Proven experience supporting Radiant workflows for Epic clients.
- Strong background working through new build
, enhancements
, and maintenance tickets
. - Experience supporting or participating in a PACS implementation
, ideally involving Radiant workflows. - Familiarity with enterprise imaging environments and integration points.
- Support, maintain, and enhance the Epic Radiant application, including day-to-day ticket resolution, troubleshooting, and workflow optimization.
- Participate in the enterprise Sectra PACS implementation
, including:- Workflow analysis and design
- Integration with Radiant
- Testing, validation, and go-live support
- Collaboration with clinical and technical teams to ensure smooth migration from legacy PACS systems
- Contribute to the Epic Cupid rollout across the enterprise, assisting with build, testing, and phased go-live activities.
- Manage both new build requests and maintenance tickets
, ensuring timely and accurate completion. - Document system configurations, workflows, and technical specifications with clarity and precision.
- Partner with operational leaders, radiology teams, cardiology teams, and IT stakeholders to ensure system design aligns with clinical and business needs.
- Provide ongoing support, optimization, and enhancement recommendations for Radiant and related imaging workflows.
- Epic Cupid Certification or hands-on experience supporting Cupid workflows.
- Experience with Sectra PACS or other enterprise PACS platforms.
- Prior involvement in large-scale system migrations or multisite standardization projects.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across clinical, technical, and leadership teams.
- Strong documentation habits and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a project-driven team environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on user experience and workflow efficiency.
This is a Contract position based out of Charleston, SC.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $80.00 - $85.00/hr.
