Digital Marketing Analyst (Entry Level)

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Analyst for an existing vacancy in our growing marketing operations team. This role is ideal for someone who is curious and analytical — a problem solver who is eager to uncover insights, connect the dots and inform strategy through data. You will help enhance how we use marketing data and automation to strengthen marketing, improve engagement, and drive data-informed decisions across our business.
You will work closely with colleagues across marketing, digital, and communications to enhance our use of marketing automation and analytics tools to provide insights that shape our marketing strategy.
What You Do:
• Stay ahead of emerging digital trends, new analytics and automation tools, techniques, and best practices.
• Connect marketing data across business functions and systems to build a complete picture of client behavior and engagement. Aggregate cross-channel data from multiple teams and sources, uncovering patterns and opportunities for growth.
• Set up and monitor KPIs and ROI, collaborating with senior team members to ensure initiatives have clear, measurable goals.
• Identify and execute opportunities to boost visibility and improve user experience through SEO research and website optimization. Analyze digital body language to make recommendations to enhance usability/UX.
• Diagnose and enhance audience behaviour, conversion and ROI—run tests, monitor anomalies, and audit content for maximum impact.
• Understand platform capabilities and functionality to maximize usage
• Support the setup, execution, and tracking of email and digital campaigns through Account Engagement (Pardot).
• Streamline workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and identify process efficiencies.
• Track and forecast marketing and RFP deliverables, ad hoc reporting as needed.
• Collaborate with team and business partners to customize dashboards to visualize long-term trends and gaps, linking marketing metrics to business objectives.
• Act as a trusted resource for data-driven storytelling — translating numbers into meaningful insights and recommendations that inform creative and strategy.
What You Bring:
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), in Liberal Arts, Political Science, Economics, Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related discipline.
• Critical-thinking and analytical skills with the ability to interpret and synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
• Ability to produce and maintain reports and dashboards.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
• A collaborative and proactive mindset, with an enthusiasm for continuous learning and process improvement.
