• Collaborate with architects, project managers, product owners, developers, and Salesforce administrators to deliver Salesforce customizations
• Perform technical analyses, design, configure, develop, test, and support Salesforce integrations leveraging Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and App Exchange products
• Design and document data models, user interfaces, business logic, and security for Salesforce customizations
• Promote process and practice improvement within the Salesforce development team
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems via web services and APIs

• Minimum of 5 years of Salesforce development experience, including Salesforce Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud
• Salesforce Certification(s)
• Familiarity with integrating Salesforce with third-party systems
• Ability to develop and maintain Salesforce Lightning Web Components, Aura components, and Flows
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship

• Experience in the insurance industry, agency, or brokerage
• Knowledge and experience with Pardot
• Familiarity with Flosum or similar tools
