Overview
We are seeking an experienced Technical Customer Support Specialist to join our team at a fast-growing and dynamic VOIP company.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of related experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to assist customers over the phone with technical support and troubleshooting.
You will be working in a fast-paced, tech-savvy environment, helping clients solve their VOIP-related issues with professionalism and empathy.
Responsibilities- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to VOIP services.
- Provide troubleshooting assistance and technical support.
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Document customer interactions and solutions in the system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Strong understanding of VOIP technologies and services.
- Excellent phone and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work in Eastern Time zone.
- Fully remote position.
