We are seeking a Master Data Analyst to support the migration of legacy ERP systems to SAP Business One (SAP B1) and SAP S/4

HANA across the LATAM region. This role is critical in ensuring data integrity, consistency, and compliance during the transition process. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Spanish and English and experienced in managing master data within complex ERP environments. In addition to ERP, this role may also support master data activities in other business applications such as eQMS (Electronic Quality Management Systems) and CRM platforms, as well as participate in special projects that drive innovation and process improvement.

• Lead and execute master data migration activities from legacy ERP systems to SAP B1 and S/4
  
  HANA.
• Collaborate with regional and global teams to support data governance standards and ensure compliance.
• Perform data cleansing, validation, and enrichment to guarantee accuracy and completeness.
• Develop and maintain data migration templates, mapping documents, and transformation rules.
• Partner with IT and business stakeholders to identify and resolve data-related issues.
• Support testing cycles (UAT, SIT) by preparing and validating master data sets.
• Provide training and guidance to local teams on SAP master data processes.
• Monitor and report on data quality metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Extend support to other business applications (eQMS, CRM) by ensuring master data consistency and integration.
• Contribute to special projects such as process automation, data governance initiatives, and cross-functional improvement programs.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in ERP data migration projects, preferably involving SAP B1 and/or S/4
  
  HANA.
• Strong knowledge of master data domains (customers, vendors, materials, finance, etc.).
• Proficiency in data management tools (Excel, SQL, ETL solutions).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a multicultural, cross-functional environment.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
• Travel required up to 25% - domestic & international.
• Experience with LATAM-specific regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with SAP Data Services, MDG (Master Data Governance), or similar tools.
• Exposure to eQMS and CRM systems and their data structures.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to contribute to special projects beyond core responsibilities.
