As a Senior Salesforce Developer reporting to the Salesforce Architecture Manager
, your role will be primarily responsible for the maintenance and new feature development of the Salesforce platform, providing technical leadership and designing Salesforce solutions.

• Lead technical implementations of new features, existing processes and bug fixes in Salesforce, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Configure and customise Salesforce to meet organizational needs.
• Support cross‑functional teams in integrating their tools with Salesforce, fostering seamless collaboration and data flow.
• Manage user profiles, roles, permissions and sharing to ensure proper access controls.
• Take ownership of tasks and responsibilities, prioritise effectively and communicate transparently with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Provide architectural oversight and guidance to Salesforce development.
• Train and share knowledge with the team.

• Excellent knowledge of Salesforce objects, automation tools and experience managing user profiles, roles, and permission sets.
• Strong knowledge of out‑of‑the‑box functionality of Sales and Service clouds.
• Proficiency in Apex, JavaScript, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce and related technologies.
• Strong understanding of architectural concepts.
• Advanced English proficiency for effective communication with international and external stakeholders.
• Experience with Dev Ops processes and tools to streamline development and deployment workflows.
• Mandatory certifications:
  Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Developer I, Salesforce Platform App Builder, Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant or Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant. Nice to have:
  Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Data Architect, Salesforce Sharing and Visibility Architect.
