Role DescriptionManage the formulation, execution, and communication of the company’s strategic objectives. Support the management board with decision‑making on strategic direction, resource allocation, business opportunities, and risk appetite. Conduct due diligence on strategic initiatives and proposals to assess feasibility, impact, and progress.

Facilitate deployment of strategic deliverables by mobilizing key resources.

Interpersonal
Form strong partnerships with business stakeholders across the enterprise to foster trust and promote information sharing. Promote coordination between business areas and infrastructure functions (legal, compliance, and risk management). Manage communications to the workforce and external stakeholders. Partner with internal and external communications teams. Act as a trusted advisor to management board members and key executives. Participate in industry forums and events.
