IT Project Manager, Product Designer
SVP, Global Platforms (Finance)
EFX is looking for an SVP, Global Technical Product Manager to lead our Data and Digital Delivery Platforms Product team. In this role, you will set the global strategy for these platforms across EFX, provide direct leadership to the global product team, reporting directly to the Global Chief Product Officer and part of the Global Leadership Team.
In this position, you will play a lead role in evolving and maturing core global platforms through collaboration with the business units and regions, partnership in delivery with our COE Technology and Data & Analytics teams, to create a platform strategy and roadmap that incorporate EFX.AI , leverages EFX Cloud capabilities and EFX's unique data to drive business growth and product innovation.
You will have strong collaborative skills and influence, have strong technical skills, work effectively in a matrix organization, and overall be able to successfully partner across various teams of your product delivery value stream.
This role will oversee the global product teams over global platforms, including Data Fabric, inclusive of data pipeline and keying & Linking, data operations and observability capabilities, Digital Delivery platforms including Commerce platform, MFT, API, web and mobile COE.
Your passion, drive and vision will inspire product innovation, deliver value for our customers and growth for EFX. In this role, you will have frequent and direct interactions with the Global Leadership Team, Senior Leadership Team members, and present to them and the CEO monthly.
What you’ll do- Utilize strong technical aptitude and experience to deliver a wide array of platform features that align to product vision and strategies and articulate that vision and strategy as the technology-focused product manager.
- Interface and collaborate cross-functionally with Technology, Data & Analytics, Finance, Business Unit peers, technical architects, developers and engineers to create alignment and define long-term product roadmaps, product requirements, and detailed product specifications.
- Drive product delivery activities directly and through your teams, including project plans, status reviews, delivery against plans, cross-functional meetings, executive status reviews and product performance metrics and communicate regularly with senior management on status, risks, trade-offs and change control.
- Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade-offs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints.
- Partner with business to understand market opportunities, customer expectations and industry trends and identify opportunities to create functionality that spans multiple product lines over time.
- Drive and manage team performance of your product team, providing coaching, development and mentoring to ensure their successful leadership of their teams.
- Manage external product and technology partnerships and vendors, as part of build, buy or partners strategy.
- Bachelor’s degree and 15+ years of product management or technology experience in a cloud-based, data management and/or SaaS environment;
Master’s Degree preferred. - Demonstrated experience leading highly-complex enterprise level initiatives with pragmatic marketing frameworks, Lean product management, and Agile concepts.
- Experience providing strategic thought leadership in enterprise initiatives in data structures, data analytics and AI concepts.
- Experience leading teams and/or product management organization, including leading others through influence and leading in a highly matrixed organization.
- Experience creating plans aligned with financial budgets to drive financial performance (P&L) for product initiatives.
- Cloud certification preferred.
- Equifax has a hybrid work schedule that allows for 2 days of remote work (Monday and Friday), with 3 days onsite (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) every week.
- This role reports to our office in Alpharetta, Georgia.
