• Fluent Japanese (business level essential - you'll travel to Japan 2x yearly)

• 3-5 years Product Management experience (e-commerce or travel ideal but not essential)

• Strong analytical skills with GA4, user behavior tracking, and A/B testing

• Experience with user research, market analysis, and ROI calculation

• Ability to work with development teams (technical background preferred but not essential)
