• Participate in the development, management, and production support of the Windchill Product Lifecycle Management system
• Gather requirements, design, develop, and implement Windchill and related modules
• Provide Help Desk support for Windchill by diagnosing and resolving user-reported system issues
• Assist in the creation of user training materials and provide user training
• Generate test plans and assist with system testing related to upgrades and new feature implementations

• Minimum 3 years of experience in an Engineering and Manufacturing environment with a full understanding of Product Lifecycle Management
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Windchill Product Lifecycle Management (versions 11.X, 12.X, 13.X)
• Proven skills in Windchill Business Administration, PDMLink, Change Management, and MPMLink
• Experience with software testing, including test plan preparation and execution
• Ability to work flexibly across multiple cultures and time zones in a multi-national organization

• Experience in Supplier Management, Thing Worx, and Parts Link
• Project management skills and experience in software development lifecycle
• IT Help Desk experience, particularly in diagnosing and solving user-reported system problems
• Training experience, particularly in preparing training material and conducting sessions via web conference
