Lead Business Analyst

About the role

We are now looking for a Lead Business Analyst who will take charge of developing and leading our Business Analysis function. This is a hybrid role that combines people management with hands-on delivery.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, knows how to bring clarity into complex environments, and wants to shape a BA practice rather than simply follow existing frameworks.

Responsibilities Team & Process Leadership

• Allocate BAs across projects based on skills and workload
• Lead hiring, onboarding and development of the BA team
• Maintain and improve BA standards, templates and processes
• Identify gaps in processes and drive continuous improvement

Hands-on Business Analysis

• Participate in discovery, requirements gathering and solution design
• Conduct workshops with clients and internal teams
• Prepare functional specifications, workflows and acceptance criteria
• Clarify requirements with PM, Dev and QA throughout delivery

Requirements

• Strong background as a Business Analyst in software implementation projects
• Experience working in ERP/CRM domains
• Practical experience running discovery workshops and formalising requirements
• Ability to create functional specifications, process flows and acceptance criteria
• Experience in resource planning or people-management
• Strong analytical thinking, structured communication and stakeholder management
• Ability to balance hands-on delivery with leadership responsibilities
• Fluency in English;
  Russian or Polish is a strong advantage

Optionally, but advantageous

• Experience building BA playbooks, templates or standardised methodologies
• Background in leading small BA teams or mentoring juniors
• Experience with Odoo
