We’re looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to join our team and help concept, prototype, and develop AI-powered products and features across a range of creative and technical projects. This role is highly exploratory and hands‑on. You’ll work on everything from internal tooling and experimental campaign work to integrating AI systems into our clients’ ecommerce platforms. No two projects are the same, and that’s exactly how we like it.

You should be confident working end‑to‑end, from exploration and model selection to deployment and iteration. The ideal candidate is a strong problem solver, curious about what’s next in the world of AI, and comfortable working in a creatively charged environment with designers, strategists, and engineers alike.

• Proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer, preferably in a product‑oriented environment
• Strong foundation in Python and ML frameworks (e.g. PyTorch, Tensor Flow, Hugging Face, etc.)
• Comfortable building, fine‑tuning, and deploying models for a range of use cases (e.g. NLP, CV, recommendation systems)
• Experience with integrating ML models into production environments — web or app
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g. GCP, AWS) and MLOps practices
• Ability to experiment rapidly and communicate technical concepts clearly to non‑technical teams
• Creative mindset and interest in exploring novel applications of AI
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Based in (or willing to relocate to) Barcelona, or able to work in a hybrid setup
• Experience with generative AI (LLMs, diffusion models, multimodal systems)
• Familiarity with frontend/backend systems and API integration
