- Minimum of 15 years of related experience with full P&L responsibility in technology business
- Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, data analytics, and cloud computing
- Proven experience in channel and distribution models, particularly with VARs
- Exceptional leadership skills to inspire and develop global teams
- Hands-on experience with vendor technologies such as Microsoft Azure AI or IBM Watson
- Relevant certifications in AI, cloud, or related technical disciplines
- Experience in business development and strategic planning within technology sectors
