SAP Consultant, Data Analyst

We offer tailor‑made strategies for Industry 4.0 transformations, integrating new technologies, process design, and optimization, organizational change management, IOT platform strategy, analytics, smart factory design, lean production strategies, and agile transformations.
The SAP IBP Manager is expected to perform high‑quality project work for our customers, continue to build the SAP IBP capability in North America, and foster its continued growth within our SAP Digital Enterprise service unit. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, responsibility for the strategic direction of MHP Americas SAP IBP consulting services, and the ability to set actionable objectives, create a culture of accountability, and take a hands‑on leadership approach to execution.
The manager will ensure the quality of our services for our existing client base, cultivate relationships with new customers, develop new business opportunities, and continuously adjust our offerings according to market demands.
- Be part of challenging projects in process and IT consulting with a focus on the automotive industry
- Develop innovative concepts and implement sophisticated consulting solutions in the fields of Supply Chain Planning, Demand Planning, Sales & Operations Planning, Inventory Planning, and SAP IBP
- Define a detailed blueprint for development requirements
- Deploy process, quality, and cost‑optimized logistics concepts
- Create long‑term relationships with clients
- Identify and lead business development opportunities
- Achieve a strong reputation as a business advisor
- Take over responsibility as (sub) project team leader
Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or equivalent education.
Experience:
- 10+ years of work experience in consulting or the automotive industry
- 6+ years of SAP IBP experience (process & customizing)
- Solid expertise in at least one other module (e.g., MM, PP, DS, QM, APO) is a strong plus
- 3 SAP full‑lifecycle implementations
- Profound SAP project and Go‑Live experience (SAP implementation approach)
- SAP S/4
HANA experience preferred - SAP certifications preferred
- Fluency in English (multilingual preferred)
- Professional appearance with strong customer focus
- Analytical and structured working attitude
- Strong teamwork capability
Percentage of required travel: up to 100%.
Physical Requirements- This job operates in an office environment and involves standard office equipment such as computers, phones, cameras, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
- Must be able to talk, hear, walk, sit, stand, climb stairs on occasion, and work on a computer for prolonged periods.
- Must be able to work effectively in an open office/noisy environment.
- Must be able to sit for prolonged periods while traveling by car or airplane.
