LXD - Learning Experience Designer - AI x EdTech (Full remote - French fluent)

Paradox EN is looking for a Learning Experience Designer to build AI‑powered, neuroscience‑backed learning experiences that transform people’s lives.

• Design and ship end‑to‑end digital learning experiences across multiple asset types.
• Create learning arcs that blend psychology, storytelling and product design.
• Develop adaptive AI coaching cycles, loops, and AI agents.
• Produce educational assets: scripts, copy, assessments, reflection prompts.
• Conduct user research, iterate on content using data, and measure transformation KPIs.
• Collaborate with experts and cross‑functional teams to launch premium courses.

• 3–6 years in learning design / instructional design / experience design (EdTech, coaching, or transformational education).
• Proven record of shipping major features or products with measurable impact.
• Comfortable using AI tools and Figma.
• Strong portfolio of cinematic or narrative‑rich courses.
• Excellent writing skills; ability to produce high‑quality content for external audiences.
• Passion for transformation, habit formation, and behavioral science.

• French: native.
• English: fluent spoken and written.
