** Your Role
** As a Business/Functional Analyst, you will:
* Collaborate with clients to understand and define their business challenges and translate them into actionable requirements.
* Document AS-IS and TO-BE scenarios, focusing on business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
* Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure successful project delivery.
* Design use cases and wireframes to visualize proposed solutions.
* Lead workshops with clients to gather insights and foster collaboration.
** Your Profile
** Must-haves:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in analysis or a similar role.
* Proficiency in bridging the gap between business requirements and IT solutions.
* Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
* Fluency in Dutch and English;
French is a plus.

Nice-to-haves:
* Familiarity with tools such as UML, BPMN, and SQL.
* Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
* Knowledge of designing wireframes and writing detailed use cases.
