We are looking to grow our team of Artisans with a GenAI Engineer.

About the Role

We are seeking a talented and innovative GenAI Engineer who shares our enthusiasm for elegant system architecture and the latest LLM breakthroughs. You'll design and build production GenAI solutions from the ground up, working directly with clients who have real problems to solve.

The ideal candidate will have strong Python development skills and a deep understanding of RAG systems and Large Language Models (LLMs), but more importantly, you'll know how to integrate and optimize GenAI applications that leverage modern AI APIs and services. We are searching for builders who can ship fully functional production-ready systems.

As a GenAI Engineer, you'll be responsible for developing cutting-edge solutions that harness generative AI models for diverse use cases. You'll work closely and collaboratively with other Artisans across all disciplines to deliver excellence and innovation to our clients.

• Greenfield Paradise:
  Design and implement scalable generative AI solutions from scratch. Focus on architectures that integrate LLMs, RAG systems, multi-agent frameworks, and modern APIs into fully functional production-ready applications.

• Build Things That Matter:
  Develop GenAI applications using modern Python frameworks like FastAPI and Pydantic, creating robust systems that leverage APIs.

• Architecture & Design:
  Assist in the design and implementation of generative AI solutions, focusing on scalable architectures that integrate LLMs, NLP techniques, and generative models.

• Model Development & Fine-Tuning:
  Develop and fine-tune LLMs to meet business needs, optimizing for accuracy, performance, and efficiency.

• Train, fine-tune, and optimize large-scale generative models using Python libraries (PyTorch, Tensor Flow, etc.), focusing on performance, scalability, and accuracy.

• Develop data pipelines in Python to preprocess and manage large datasets for model training, including data augmentation, cleaning, and transformation.

• Prompt Engineering:
  Design effective prompts to guide model behavior for specific tasks, and continuously improve prompt quality to enhance results across various applications.

• End-to-End Development:
  Build, deploy, and monitor end-to-end machine learning pipelines that integrate LLM-based models into production systems.

• Optimization & Performance Tuning:
  Optimize model performance, reduce inference times, and improve overall system efficiency.

• Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions.

• Research & Innovation:
  Stay up to date with the latest advancements in generative AI and LLM research. Contribute to the development of innovative techniques, frameworks, and algorithms.

• 7+ years of industry experience

• Expert-level proficiency in Python, including deep experience with Python libraries

• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience working with state-of-the-art LLMs, including training, fine-tuning, and deploying models

• Ability to analyze complex problems, design innovative solutions, and troubleshoot issues effectively.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
