    Jump into new categories with ease and explore emerging tools, platforms, and trends.
Key Responsibilities
  • Integrated Audience Research:
    Design and lead qualitative, quantitative, and synthetic research programs to surface deep audience insight and inform strategic direction.
  • Creative Brief Development:
    Write clear, inspiring briefs that translate insight into direction.
  • Communications Strategy:
    Develop communications strategies across social, content, and emerging platforms, including channel planning, audience targeting, and platform‑specific insight work.
  • Persona and Journey Building:
    Develop personas, segmentation models, and customer journeys.
  • Workshop Planning and Facilitation:
    Help design and lead strategic workshops for clients.
  • Presentation Development:
    Create polished and persuasive decks that simplify complex thinking.
  • Trend and Culture Tracking:
    Stay current on cultural signals, digital platforms, social trends, and audience behaviour.
  • AI and Digital Fluency:
    Use AI research and ideation tools to work smarter and push thinking further.
  • Strategic Partnership:
    Serve as a trusted strategic lead for clients, offering a confident point of view, framing opportunities, and ensuring decisions ladder up to broader business and brand goals.
  • Cross Functional

    Collaboration:

    Support creative development, brand planning, new business, and pitch strategy alongside the account group.
Your Qualifications Experience

5 – 8 years in brand strategy, creative strategy, digital strategy, or an equivalent strategic role at an agency or in‑house.

Skills
  • Insight development and strategic writing
  • Brand strategy development
  • Experience designing and leading research with qual/quant/synthetic audiences.
  • Strong presentation and storytelling abilities
  • Fluency with research tools, data sources, and cultural intelligence platforms
  • Skilled at building decks and structuring client‑ready presentations
  • Digital and social fluency, including emerging platforms
Mindset

Curious, creative, culturally sharp, collaborative, organized, and always looking to push thinking forward.

Bonus

Experience with place branding, destination branding and design thinking.
