This is a remote, part-time opportunity ideal for a proactive marketer eager to make a meaningful impact in the travel sector.
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies tailored to the ethical travel sector
- Manage and grow social media channels, including content planning and scheduling
- Create and execute engaging content calendars across platforms
- Launch and optimize both organic and paid campaigns to generate qualified leads
- Monitor analytics, report on campaign performance, and provide actionable insights
- Collaborate with the founder to adapt strategies as the startup evolves
- Maintain a consistent brand tone and messaging across all digital touchpoints
- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within travel, lifestyle, or startup environments
- Strong understanding of social media management, content creation, and community engagement
- Proficiency with advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads) and analytics tools
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills
- Ability to work independently, proactively, and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Experience launching or growing early-stage brands is a plus
- Passion for ethical travel, sustainability, and cultural respect
