The MHP Americas Finance Innovation and Optimization Business Field (BF-FIO) Lead is expected to build the S/4

HANA Finance capability in North America and foster its growth within our Digital Supply Chain service unit. The BF-FIO Lead requires an entrepreneurial mindset and proven experience scaling a consulting practice. This position is responsible for the strategic direction of MHP America’s FIO consulting services, setting actionable objectives, creating a culture of accountability, and taking a hands-on leadership approach to execution.

Our customers and the value we offer are central to everything we do. The BF-FIO Lead will ensure the quality of our services for our existing client base, cultivate relationships with new customers, develop new business opportunities, and continuously adjust offerings according to market demands.

• Provide overall strategic direction to SAP Finance and Controlling capability
• Deliver to existing and future clients the SAP FI/CO portfolio including SAP S/4
  
  HANA Finance, Central Finance, Business Planning & Consolidation, and Revenue Accounting & Reporting
• Design and implement innovative solutions for clients leveraging best practices in business processes and SAP
• Lead pursuits and develop business at new and existing clients
• Manage large projects at key accounts
• Become a trusted advisor to customers to actively shape the future of mobility and manufacturing
• Recruit and retain top talent
• Ensure the development of the most relevant and innovative skills and capabilities within the team
• Develop and advance MHP’s reputation within the North American marketplace
• Create and maintain relationships with customers, thought leaders, and industry experts

Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Master’s degree is preferred)

Experience
8+ years in the consulting industry; 5+ years implementing SAP’s Finance solutions;
Certification(s) from SAP in Finance and/or Controlling; strong domain expertise in Finance & Controlling; ability to craft innovative, strategic solutions; project management experience for medium-to-large SAP implementations; proven ability to grow and manage a business unit of 10+ professionals; hands-on S/4

HANA Finance implementation experience; 5+ years in the Automotive sector preferred

Percentage of travel required: up to 100%
