Location: Town of Italy
Questa è una posizione remota. Starfinder, agenzia di selezione del personale dedicata esclusivamente al settore ICT, ricerca Help Desk Applicativo per piccola e dinamica azienda del trevigiano con sede nei pressi di Ponte di Piave che offre servizi digitali. La risorsa inserita affiancherà il cliente in ogni fase del progetto, occupandosi dell'implementazione di un software gestionale e dell’assistenza sul suo utilizzo.
Requisiti- Buona volontà di apprendere l'utilizzo a 360° di un nuovo software
- Capacità di problem solving
- Capacità di analisi e logica
- Gradita esperienza nell'assistenza al cliente
- Gradita conoscenza base dei linguaggi di programmazione PHP e Javascript
- Gradita esperienza nella strutturazione di database o con software di impaginazione automatica
La risorsa seguirà un percorso di formazione iniziale della durata di circa un mese. La formazione sarà in modalità ibrida, indicativamente con due giorni a settimana da svolgere in presenza.
