Business Systems Analyst - Remote

• Coordinate with the implementation/upgrade team on development requests, preparing estimates and timelines
• Work with business units to document complex requirements and assess functional solution options
• Ensure all program changes have been tested and approved before deployment to production
• Collaborate on continuous improvement projects from both technology and business process perspectives
• Assist in the design, configuration, and deployment of enhancements and implementation projects

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
• 3-5 years’ experience with JDE Edwards Enterprise One in sales and distribution, finance, procurement, manufacturing, inventory, and logistics
• 3-5 years’ experience in project implementations, including application upgrades or rollouts
• 3 years of experience developing and executing test scenarios for application logic and user interfaces
  
  Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve production issues

• Experience writing functional specifications for business enhancements, reports, and EDI transactions
• Familiarity with SOX requirements related to business processes
